Gerard Arthur Way 生于1977年4月9曰,是My Chemical Romance的队长及始创人。
Gerard于少年时便开始组band,就在那时他决定转修形象艺术。高校毕业后,到纽约的”School of Visual Art”修续视觉艺术,于1999年毕业成为美术系学士。在2001年,Gerard说他尝试向Cartoon Network(TV Channel)出售他的动物卡通连续剧 – The Breakfast Monkey,后来些卡通亦被生产。
